\n The Opportunity:As a Personal Assistant, you'll directly support assigned Partners, helping them focus on their main tasks and boost productivity. This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the firm's success. Day to day you will:Support Partners by managing their schedules, organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, planning events, handling projects, conducting research, and providing general administrative support.Collaborate with the broader Business Support function to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality work.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on insights, data, and trends, and integrate customer feedback in the design and implementation of improvements.May coordinate the work of others and, by exception, may performance manage other individuals. What you'll bring to our team:Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, preferably in a professional services environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
