We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all our employees and are looking for a People & Performance Manager to cultivate a high-performance culture.About You:You are an experienced People practitioner who will lead the people strategy and plan across a geographically dispersed workforce (500 team members across 68 sites). With a big change agenda ahead, you know how to build culture and capability to engage and mobilise our Mico team.In particular we are looking for someone that can:Drive a culture of performance and leadership mindset.Understand the commercial levers of a business and bring a customer-centric lens.Translate a business strategy into a clear, simple people plan.Track and deliver the people plan – skilled at programme execution, implementation, and measurement.Challenge engrained mindsets and bring innovative ideas.As a key member of the Mico Senior Leadership team, you will deliver the people plan, project manage key people cycles (engagement, remuneration, performance and goal setting), and be responsible for fantastic HR service delivery and advice. You will have a P&P Business Partner and Coordinator reporting to you and can tap into support from our Learning & Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition teams to help execute the Mico people plan. You will report into the GM People & Performance for NZD, with a dotted line to the GM Mico.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, ability to think creatively and work collectively with the wider New Zealand Distribution (NZD) P&P team to identify learnings and share best practice. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to constructively challenge, and a passion for fostering a customer-centric culture.
