Description Firth, a leader in the construction industry, is looking for a dedicated and experienced People and Performance Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to supporting the growth and development of our team.Maybe you're an experienced HR advisor ready for the next step, this would be an awesome growth opportunity to take you skills to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Talent and Diversity: Support talent and inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategies and execute plans to enhance workforce diversity.Performance Management: Assist managers with performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and disciplinary actions.Engagement Surveys: Support engagement survey activities, including administration and action planning.Industrial Relations: Represent the BU in dealings with unions, employer organizations, and industrial courts.Remuneration Management: Manage job analysis, evaluation, remuneration changes, and annual reviews.Employee Relations: Provide advice, coaching, and direction on employment issues, applying HR policies and interpreting legislation.
