This is an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity to join our team and contribute to the People & Culture 'centre of excellence'. Please note, this position is for a parental cover starting in April. As the People & Culture Advisor, you will work closely with Ryman leaders to provide generalist HR support and you will be leading and contributing to key people initiatives designed to engage and grow our people. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with our Group leaders to provide trusted advice and ensure they are supported to lead their teams  Supporting with the development and continuous improvement of people and culture processes, policies, and practices; ensuring they are fit for purpose Supporting with the delivery of strategic People and Culture initiatives, that support a positive employee experience Contributing to and delivering a Diversity Equity and Inclusion plan that enhances our people practices What's in it for you? You have a proven track record in a relatable People and Culture role (3+ years of experience) You have proven experience supporting and delivering a range of People & Culture related projects; experience working on wellbeing or DEI initiatives would be beneficial You have the ability to engage with stakeholders across and at all levels of a business You have a knowledge of and compliance with ER legislation, and experience supporting leaders through employment processes You are pragmatic and solution-focused You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations; you can deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one You are resilient and can demonstrate composure under pressure You value communication that is clear, effective, and lacks ambiguity If you are interested in joining an organisation with a clear purpose and a commitment toinnovation,kindnessand excellence,we would love to hear from you!  At Ryman, we support an environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
