Payroll Supervisor

About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a senior Payroll Supervisor to join our team based in Christchurch.
Reporting directly to our Group Head of Finance and Reporting this role has full responsibility in ensuring the payroll function is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
About you: Having a solid background in Payroll, and a good working knowledge of PayGlobal (ideally, although full training can be given), you will provide expert advice on a range of payroll-related solutions using your extensive understanding of NZ payroll legislation.
Duties will include: Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy & compliance.
Allocation of work within the payroll team to ensure that co-workers are familiar with all aspects of the payroll function.
Preparation and payment of wages and salaries for the Isaac Group.
Key Skills & Experience Required: Extensive experience in a senior payroll position.
3 years + experience in end-to-end payroll processing & New Zealand payroll legislation.
Providing expert advice on payroll matters throughout the Isaac group.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and build working relationships.
Great communication skills both oral and written.
