The Payroll and Rostering Administrator is an important role within our People & Development team, providing a comprehensive payroll service to Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti. You will always face challenges and new learning opportunities.
The Opportunity To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
2+ years of experience in a payroll role
Strong knowledge of payroll-specific employment legislation and the Holidays Act
Payroll system savvy
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Great communication and relationship skills
An ability to work autonomously while still enjoying being part of a team
As part of the role scope, you'll be responsible for running payroll reports, data maintenance, and processing payroll within a fortnightly deadline.
