As the Customer Service Representative, you will support our valued customers with their banking needs, including but not limited to, online banking queries, assisting with bank card queries, and general banking enquiries such as bank statements. You will be the first point of contact for our face-to-face customers that enter the branch and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time.
