Our team now spans New Plymouth, Auckland and Christchurch, allowing us to focus on whatever matters to our clients, from wherever matters to us.Your Role ~As a Paid Marketing Specialist at Done By Nine, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our client's businesses and their goals and achieving advertising success across digital platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:Using our Marketing Blend and Idea Incubator to foster a creative environment that generates innovative paid marketing campaigns.Designing and constructing robust paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring a solid foundation for client success.Analysing campaign data and crafting compelling narratives through detailed reports, translating complex metrics into actionable insights.Continuously optimising campaign elements – from keywords and audience targeting to ad copy and visuals – to transform good performance into great results.Orchestrating budget allocations and bid adjustments across campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve performance across all client accounts.Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure paid advertising efforts are seamlessly integrated with other marketing initiatives, creating a cohesive and effective overall strategy.Liaising with clients, actively seeking their input and sign-off on campaign deliverables, and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success.Utilising our project management tool, ClickUp, to track and monitor the progress of campaigns, ensuring their completion and seamless workflow.Your Background & Strengths ~Demonstrable experience in, knowledge of, and a strong passion for paid digital advertising, particularly in managing Google Ads and META Ads campaigns.Thriving in a dynamic digital landscape, you excel at managing multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously across various platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and timely optimisation.Your meticulous attention to detail extends to data analysis, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and ensuring accuracy in reporting.You are a strategic thinker who challenges conventional ad practices, consistently seeking innovative approaches to ad creation, targeting, and optimisation.You enjoy collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships built on trust and effective communication.You actively seek opportunities to learn about emerging trends and integrate them into your work to drive innovation and business growth.Your Days at Done By Nine ~At Done By Nine, we value individual working styles and offer flexibility for you to work in a way that suits you best.
