You will use strong relationship management and organisational skills to process assigned tasks and resolve issues. You will be supported by a great team and network to help you get up to speed and thrive in this role. You day might involve managing financial and human resources processes, organising travel, contract management, organising work and social events for teams and the branch, diary management, finding IT solutions, and working with other admin staff to ensure effective operation of the Branch as a whole. You might be an experienced PA or team administrator, or you might be a recent graduate with a desire to work for a diverse government organisation and contribute to MBIE's commitment to shape and deliver a strong economy and Grow New Zealand for All.
