The Role
Suited to someone from a professional environment, you will be supporting Directors and several consultants across a range of tasks not limited to;
Coordinating documents and checking compliant Diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and client engagements Anticipate and prepare information/documents to facilitate meetingsFollow up on meeting actions requiring completion by relevant partiesAssist with organising events, ensuring the smooth operation of the officeAssisting with report generation with Word and Excel Assist with marketing and ad hoc administrative tasks as and when requiredGeneral housekeeping when quiet.Your Profile 3+ years' experience as an administrator or PA or background within Engineering/Property/Legal/Insurance/Finance or similar role within a professional environmentThe ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.Have a professional manner and business etiquette Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, ExcelMust have the legal right to work in New Zealand
