Permanent, Part-time (20 hours per week) Wellington office based The Human Rights Commission is looking for a very special all-rounder, to be responsible for providing high-quality and responsive general administrative and ICT support to kaimahi | staff and manuhiri | visitors in our Wellington tari | office. The role ensures the efficient and smooth running of the tari | office, with our kaimahi and Commissioners well supported. The role supports kaimahi with general office administrative processes and basic ICT issues. The role is also responsible for inducting new staff, coordinating office maintenance, supporting the logistics for hui | meetings and events, assisting with travel arrangements, carrying out our wellbeing, health & safety checks and providing manaakitanga for our manuhiri | guests. Our ideal candidate is committed to quality service delivery, quick thinking, forward planning, is proactive, and always ensures that their tasks are completed to a high standard. You will be able to juggle competing demands and multi-task in a busy environment, communicate well, enjoy a variety of tasks and can positively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
