The role supports kaimahi with general office administrative processes and basic ICT issues.
The role is also responsible for inducting new staff, coordinating office maintenance, supporting the logistics for hui | meetings and events, assisting with travel arrangements, carrying out our wellbeing, health & safety checks and providing manaakitanga for our manuhiri | guests.He korero mou | About youOur ideal candidate is committed to quality service delivery, quick thinking, forward planning, is proactive, and always ensures that their tasks are completed to a high standard.
