Newly established role with a competitive salary and great benefitsBeautiful sunny Blenheim in the Marlborough region of the South IslandTight team with a fantastic culture and plenty of laughterAbout the organisationSt Marks is a residential rehabilitation centre for people with substance-related issues.
The rehab is based on a TC (Therapeutic Community, De Leon) model and is one of only four Australasian Therapeutic Community Association accredited rehabs in NZ.They have a fantastic site, with top-class, brand-new residential accommodation.
Their team of eleven is a close-knit, supportive, and very happy team.
They are fortunate to also have a very supportive Board and a fantastic team culture with plenty of laughter.About the roleThis is a newly established operational leadership role, where you will lead a multidisciplinary team while still having some hands-on input.
You will be in control of the day-to-day running of operations and will be accountable to the Board for St Mark's successful operational and financial management.
You will have the support of individual members of the Board such as the Chair, the Finance Lead, and the Cultural Lead as appropriate.
This is an excellent career development opportunity for an experienced leader looking to take a step up.In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive five weeks of annual leave plus your birthday off each year.
