They are fortunate to also have a very supportive Board and a fantastic team culture with plenty of laughter.About the roleThis is a newly established operational leadership role, where you will lead a multidisciplinary team while still having some hands-on input.
You will be in control of the day-to-day running of operations and will be accountable to the Board for St Mark's successful operational and financial management.
You will have the support of individual members of the Board such as the Chair, the Finance Lead, and the Cultural Lead as appropriate.
