The New Plymouth Operations Manager role is key to provide branch direction and deliver both strategic and operational performance.
You will be a leader who demonstrates the ability to resolve issues at all levels and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness are consistently maintained.
What the role is about?
Lead the team by providing strategic and operational advice with clear communication.
Inspiring, motivating, mentoring, and enabling the team to deliver their very best!
Assume accountability for the performance and presentation of each client and ensure we meet contractual and budgetary obligations.
Thoroughly review individual site contracts and develop priority action plans with support from the Regional Manager.
Who are you?
You will have 3 years of experience in a multi-site operational and strategic environment.
You will have a passion for people as an experienced leader in a dynamic environment.
You will have strong financial acumen in managing a P&L.
A thorough understanding of basic principles of human resource management.
Broad experience in recruitment and selection procedures.
