This has opened up an opportunity for an Operations Manager, to support leadership in the day-to-day operations of the branch. The Operations Manager is the link between our clients and our staff. This is a key position within the company to help us ensure we deliver the highest level of service to our clients. The Operations Manager role is responsible for effectively delivering on our commitments to our clients. This role makes sure that our jobs run efficiently and safely. Staff are given strong direction, resources and are empowered and encouraged to deliver the jobs successfully. It is important for this role that you have the relevant New Zealand scaffolding qualifications (COC), and previous experience in a leadership position.
