Operations Manager

H2R are currently looking for a talented Finance Operations Manager to fill a permanent role within a fast-moving growing organisation in Wellington.This role is newly created in order to manage / oversee three transactional and operational teams.
The Manager’s primary role is to clear the roadblocks to allow their direct reports to do their jobs.The Operations Team Leader reports to the Financial Operations Manager and is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrators. The team is responsible for processing all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, transactional banking matters and cash flow management. Experience in a similar management role is advantageous.Systems experience is also a huge advantage, if you have used SAP, Tech 1, Oracle, People Soft then you will be well set up to succeed in this role.This company is experiencing rapid growth having expanded immensely in 2018 - 2019.
