Alliance Group is a great place to work, and we are seeking applicants with a high level of computer skills, expertise in MS Office software and preferably 2 -3 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience on MPI e-cert system and completing export documentation would also be viewed favourably.
You will have a high attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a diverse team.
You will have the legal right to work in New Zealand and proof of this will be required as part of your application.
This role is critical to the successful operation of our cold storage areas and the onwards movement of our product. Your excellent planning and time management skills will be vital to ensuring your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate completion of all export electronic certification for product consolidation/storage and prior to product departing plant.
Generating and checking reports.
Assisting with ordering containers.
General cold store administration tasks.
Providing backup for others during periods of high volumes of product being shipped and leave cover as required.
