This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Contact Center Representative, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. You will also be responsible for researching and providing solutions to complex customer issues, implementing innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. They must also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
