Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.2. Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Serve as a primary point of contact for online clients and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to online clients.5. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and effectively manage client expectations.6. Lead and mentor team members to enhance productivity and achieve team goals.7. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.8. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. 5+ years of experience in client service management, preferably in an online environment.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Resourceful and hardworking attitude.6. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.8. Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations is a plus.
