Job Description:
Genworth Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Manage online accounts receivable processes and activities efficiently.2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.3. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.4. Assist with month-end closing and reporting.5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure accurate financial records.6. Utilize online tools and systems to streamline the accounts receivable process.7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment issues and resolutions.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong attention to detail.3. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.4. Proficient in using online financial management tools and software.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
