Whole Foods Market is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position with 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate for this role should be driven, passionate, adaptable, and possess excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to online customers, assisting with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.2. Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely updates.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and escalate as needed.4. Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.6. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions to drive online sales and engagement.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Collaborate with the sales team to drive online account growth and customer retention.9. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and order accuracy.10. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives by volunteering in community events and supporting sustainability efforts.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
