The role We have an exciting opportunity for a personable and highly organised Receptionist to become part of the vibrant team at Oceania in Auckland CBD.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently managing reception and facility operations at our Corporate Office.
This is a fixed term role for 6 months.
This role is at the heart of the Corporate Office and will require you to take ownership of reception tasks and ensure seamless office support.
Your duties will encompass answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, coordinating meeting room bookings, and managing various administrative responsibilities.
You'll be experienced in providing a warm and welcoming meet-and-greet and effectively managing phone calls.
We are looking for someone who possesses a friendly and approachable demeanour with good judgement of what priorities look like.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and innovative environment and work in our brand-new office with a stunning panoramic view of the Auckland harbour.
You will have 2+ years of proven office reception/administration experience with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Your attention to detail and fabulous interpersonal skills will shine through.
You will be someone who thrives on multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
