Marlborough Kindergarten Association – Blenheim, South IslandOur fabulous Office Manager is leaving us, so we are looking for someone to fill their shoes.Our ideal applicant will have:Experience in payroll management as you will be processing a payroll for 50 peopleGreat IT skills as you will be overseeing our student management system (Infocare)Experience working with XeroStrong organizational skills and ability to self-manage workloadGreat communication skills and lots of patienceA sense of humourIt would also be a bonus if you have an interest or experience in managing property maintenance.You will provide support to the staff and whanau across our 8 kindergartens and be a crucial part of the management team.What we can offer the right person:We are located in central Blenheim and parking is available on site.This position is 35 – 40 hours per week, with some flexibility around hours for the right applicant.Working for a not-for-profit organisation means you will be making a difference in people's lives.Salary between $65K and $75K.If this sounds like you, please send through a CV and cover letter to ******.
