Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and drive team success.The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations, manages workloads, oversees tender processes with estimating teams, and supports senior management through effective organisation. This role is key to maintaining administrative efficiency, driving marketing efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership - Lead and support a team of two direct reports, managing workloads and schedules.Administrative Oversight: Oversee job acceptances, tender documents, and project coordination. Update Smartsheets, spot-check job specifications, and back up reception tasks for quotes and invoices.Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, coordinate quotes, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate project details are documented and shared with the estimating team.Executive Assistance: Provide executive assistance to senior management.Marketing Management: Manage marketing campaigns, including social media, emails, and builder events.What We're Looking For:Strong command of English, both written and verbal.Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with proven team management skills.Solid work history demonstrating reliability.Experience in tender document management, project coordination, and administration.Excellent multitasking and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.Experience with tender documents, invoicing, and CRM/administrative systems.Why Join Us?
