Office Management (Administration & Office Support)We provide navigation, support, education, meaningful activity and social connection within our communities for people living with dementia, their care partners and whanau and our wider community.We are a not-for-profit organization that work hard to secure funding to deliver services.People who work with us in our close-knit team support our mission and are motivated to make life better for all people affected by dementia.Qualifications & experienceProven experience managing an office environment.Experience acting as a PA.Competence and confidence in managing information technology, and projects and a desire to work collaboratively within a small interdisciplinary team.Tasks & responsibilitiesManage office systems [Phones, IT, Communications, Mailouts, Supplies, Accounts administration]Provide PA assistance to the CEO.Data AdministationBasic accountingDonor, grant and sponsor administrationProvide high level administrative support to the CEO including HR, Funding /Fundraising and contract support.Work alongside the CEO to support project and event planning.This role which is 20 hours can be worked to suit the candidate across three/five days within business hours, with considerable flexibility..We are a tight-knit team who work together to make life better for our clients, care partners and whanau. We offer flexibility to work around family needs.
