Te Mirumiru Early Childhood Centre is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Te Mirumiru you help to keep everything in order, and ensure our Portfolio Lead, Kaiako and Kaimahi are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for our tamariki.

Typical areas of focus for your day-to-day would include:
Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork.
Administration to support to the Portfolio Lead.
Ensure that every child's attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
Following processes and maintaining the filing system.
Banking/invoicing may be included.

What we are looking for in you:
Solid administration experience (Childcare Centre preferred but not necessary).
Confident computer skills in MSOffice and excellent attention to detail.
Maturity to be able to build and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with all our tamariki, whanau and staff.
Essential organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-centric approach.
Te Reo me ona Tikanga.

The Role: Office Administrator – TMM ECE
The purpose of the Office Administrator is to provide administrative and assistance that support the service delivery, Portfolio Lead and the Te Mirumiru Staff.
