Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator to join our team.
You would be based in our modern Petone office and work alongside our small, busy team to assist both local customers in our showroom and a huge range of exciting kiwi businesses throughout New Zealand. 
You would ideally have experience thriving in a previous customer service role and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 430pm
Required start date is early December or prior.

Greeting and assisting showroom customersProcessing orders received via email or over the phoneProviding helpful and informative email replies to customer queriesCarry out necessary tasks using our Accredo software systemAssisting customers to navigate our websiteDeveloping a thorough knowledge of our vast product range so that you are able to creatively assist customers to find a solutionGeneral office maintenance ensuring a tidy and organised showroom We have a warm, friendly team environment and get to engage daily with a variety of businesses and individuals producing amazing food, beverages, cosmetics, skincare ranges, and more.
