Listing Description Location: Wellington, Wellington Job type: Permanent
Approximate pay: $20 - $30 per hour Description Due to our current superstar leaving to go overseas, we have a vacancy for another admin assistant. If you are a customer-focused office administrator and would like to join a great team on a job share basis, and are available to start as soon as possible, we would like to hear from you.
We are a Johnsonville-based company employing a small friendly team of tradespeople that look after some of the best customers in Wellington and enjoy an active social club and activities as well as getting the job done.
The job share hours are 7.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday & Tuesday week "A" and Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday week "B".
The job offers a variety of work and includes being part of a team managing plumbers' workloads, assisting the team to achieve customer satisfaction, and checking and compiling invoices in a friendly, sunny office.
We are located a short walk from Johnsonville's cafes and shops with the bus stop right outside the office door, easy walk to the train, or bring your car - free parking across the street.
The successful applicant will be:
Friendly Organized Capable of switching tasks mid-stream Organizing/scheduling tradespeople Capable of using Microsoft programs Full training and support in our job management software and processes will be provided.
