As an Occupational Health Nurse covering our Whareroa site, you will be responsible for the delivery of our Health and Wellbeing programmes.With a keen focus on worker health and wellbeing, key duties include:Conduct risk-based periodic health monitoringPartner with your sites and our national Health & Wellbeing team to deliver health promotion programmesDeliver Health & Wellbeing initiatives to prevent workplace injuries/illnessLiaising with workers, managers, and all other internal/external stakeholders to ensure we provide an optimised healthy work environmentCoach and influence with our Health and Safety systemsSupport our rehabilitation programme.About you | Moe koeYou will be a current registered nurse, passionate about providing first class occupational health management and have a positive "can-do" attitude. Bringing with you excellent people skills, you will be comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals and building strong, trusting relationships with employees on site.
