Nz Network Coordinator - Photo Network

Details of the offer

Are you passionate about photography and videography? Do you love building relationships and managing teams? Interested in real estate and digital marketing? If this sounds like you, then we have an exciting opportunity!
Diakrit, a global leader in real estate digital marketing content, is searching for a motivated NZ Network Coordinator to join our team and shape the future of real estate photography in New Zealand.
What You'll Do:
Network Management & Coordination

Manage and nurture our network of photographers and videographers across New Zealand, ensuring it has the capacity and quality needed to meet sales demands and market needs.
Build strong relationships with approximately 25-35 contracted suppliers, focusing on relationship/team building, support/briefing, process education, logistics management, and clear communication.
Collaborate with the NZ Quality Control/Training Manager and Sales Manager to target opportunities for knowledge, quality, and capacity growth within the network.

Capacity Planning & Recruitment

Monitor and manage the network's capacity to handle varying workloads and market demand.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring we have the right talent to meet business needs.

Workflow Management

Brief suppliers on job requirements, ensuring they understand expectations and have the necessary tools to succeed.
Support photographers and videographers with guidance and training, particularly in real estate photography (training and equipment provided).

Collaboration & Reporting

Report directly to the Australia & New Zealand Network Manager and work closely with him to ensure alignment between network performance and Diakrit's business goals.
Collaborate with the NZ Management team (QC/Training Manager and Sales Manager) to assist in the success of Diakrit in the NZ market.

Must-Haves:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship management skills (building and maintaining relationships, setting expectations, providing constructive feedback).
Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Approachable and open personality.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of photography is beneficial but not essential. The candidate will be expected to learn basic real estate photography skills, with training and equipment provided to facilitate this learning.

You Will Love This Job If:

You are curious, have a growth mindset, and love to learn new things.
You have an easy time connecting with people and building relationships.
You're creative in finding your own solutions to problems and ways to do things.
You're data-driven and constantly seek to quantify solutions.
You see a computer as a tool for better efficiency, not a boring necessity.

And You'll Hate This Job If:

You see some tasks as beneath you and wait for others to do your job.
You're not open to slightly flexible hours to coordinate with different time zones.
You want to be told how and when to do things and seek manager approval for every little detail.
You expect an outlined career path and want clarity in how your coming years will look—as this role could evolve further in the future.
