Look no further as Cardinal Logistics is looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse while managing and lead a team of 7 warehouse staff.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am
The successful applicant will:
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations as required
Manage order picking, QC, and dispatch processes to meet customer requirements
Enforce safety regulations and standards within the warehouse
Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead role
Minimum 3 years experience in logistics / warehousing
People management experience
Sound understanding of inventory and warehouse management systems
Track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency
