Position Title: NICU Nursing Administrator Where you will be working: Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Waikato Hospital The details: Permanent, 32 hours per week Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The Newborn Unit is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic administrator with administration experience to be a part of their busy team.
Along with excellent administration skills, the tasks you will be expected to undertake may vary across our service, so flexibility and self-management skills are key to this role.
Key responsibilities of the role: This role works closely with the NICU Charge Nurse Manager, supporting them in the day-to-day administration and operation of the unit from a nursing perspective.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a 'can do' attitude who likes variety and is willing to go the extra mile.

Key tasks in this position are, but are not limited to: assisting with Onestaff (leave/rostering/pay), recruitment admin requirements/access, minutes, ordering and stock control, Datix reporting, newsletter creation and other day-to-day duties.
