This role is for a newly opening restaurant - Rice Bar & Food New Plymouth, located on Gill Street in New Plymouth CBD.
Position available from October 7th onwards.

At the start, you will work with the directors/executive team to establish our brand and reputation in New Plymouth.
Setting up the scenery and environment, and helping create workflows that will create the best experience for our customers.
Once a routine is established, your main role will be to lead the afternoon/evening shift in the restaurant.
As a hospitality leader, you will provide guidance and direction to your team, and you will also interact extensively with customers and our kitchen team to ensure the overall operations are always running smoothly.
A positive mindset and great communication skills are a must.
You will need to remain calm in busy situations with great prioritizing skills.
We aim to serve a diverse range of customers.
You must be able to read our guests' moods and requirements in order to provide the best-tailored experience to each customer coming through our door.
We aim to provide a warm, personal and welcoming approach, with a genuine desire to provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience.
