Motel Manager

Full-Time Motel Manager – Beachside Motel and Holiday Park in West Coast, New Zealand
We are seeking a highly motivated Motel Manager to join our beachside holiday park located on the stunning West Coast of New Zealand. This is a full-time position offering at least 30 hours per week.
Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related field graduated in Australia or New Zealand is preferred.
Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
Supervise security arrangements as well as garden and property maintenance.
Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities.
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and other legal regulations.
Regularly assess and review customer satisfaction.
Oversee accounting and purchasing activities.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation as needed.
