Mobile Mortgage Manager Full time, Permanent Kapiti Coast/Paraparaumu region Mo te turanga | About the Role As the Mobile Mortgage Manager in our Retail network, you will provide expert advice and a seamless experience to residential home loan customers within the Kapiti Coast, Paraparaumu and surrounding regions.
Working in a fast paced and challenging environment you will bring strong networking and business development skills, to create new opportunities to support New Zealanders with their home lending requirements.
You will be passionate about supporting customers on their journey of home ownership and be a motivated self-starter ready to drive and build a strong personal brand and presence in your local market.
This is an acquisition role, so you need to be a confident self-starter, willing to put yourself out there to drive new business opportunities and be naturally motivated to perform and succeed in a role that provides a high level of autonomy.

Attitude and presence are just as important to us as your background skills and experience.
A minimum of 3 year's home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk is an absolute pre-requisite for this role.
In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following key attributes: Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products (National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice Level 5 or equivalent is preferred).
Strong existing networks, demonstrating the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
Exceptional knowledge of the local markets, and understanding of the home buying process.
A lifestyle that allows you to work around our customers' busy schedules and meet them when and where it is convenient for them.
Create a customer experience that is world class by being empathetic, trusted, and knowledgeable.
Be a confident presenter, comfortable speaking in a seminar environment to a wide audience of people.
