We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru.
This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.
You will bring; A focus on customer service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure Good numeracy skills A very strong attention to detail and accuracy No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn Possession of a forklift licence would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement What we provide; A positive, supportive, professional work environment Great staff discounts A friendly team culture that makes it feel like a second family In house and external training and development, to progress your career A wide range of roles to allow for future promotion or new opportunities.
