We have an exciting opportunity for a Metering Deployment Administrator to join our enthusiastic and supportive team. In this role you will help to solve scheduling and dispatch assignments for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls regarding schedule dates and appointments, and ensuring access for and coordinating successful field visits.
Efficiently planning, scheduling, and dispatching work to the electrical field metering technicians according to their availability and skillset/accreditation, ensuring work is performed according to customers' SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal KPIs.
Resolving jobs in jeopardy of not being fulfilled on the scheduled day, liaising with field technicians, onsite representatives, and other parties as required to coordinate a satisfactory time to complete the installation or repair of smart meters.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting their implementation.
Who we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic team player ideally with previous customer service experience in a call center environment. You'll be adept at communicating effectively with both internal and external customers, and will also bring the following:
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Sound computer skills.
Quick and interested learner.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the square.
Time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
