As a learning organisation we offer funded Health & Wellbeing qualifications and study days to support you with your learning.We work as one team, empowering each other to promote community inclusion and self-determination for those we walk alongside.The Position:Support Workers come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, but all have one thing in common: the desire to enable others to develop resilience and move forward with their recovery.We have a position available supporting people in the community to deliver and support them with their prescribed daily medication requirements in Palmerston North.This position is working 40 hours per fortnight: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8am - 10am then 7pm - 9pm.You will have/be:A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind.The ability to understand, communicate and connect with people.Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach.Energy, enthusiasm and enjoy being part of a team.Full NZ Driver Licence.MASH Trust is not an accredited Employer and therefore cannot use The Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) process.Applications will be reviewed as required so the role may close earlier if the right candidate is found.
