The Role: We are seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient interactions and supporting the broader clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist patients with empathy and respect. Manage front-of-house and back-office tasks, including appointments and phone inquiries. Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, cash handling, and data entry. Maintain a calm and friendly demeanour under pressure. Collaborate closely with the clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless patient care. What We're Looking For: A team player who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare. Excellent customer service ethics with good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable with patient management systems (Medtech experience is preferred but not essential).
