Te Kaika is looking for a Receptionist for a full-time position to join our team at our Caversham site, reporting to the Te Kaika Practice's Senior Administrator. Role and Responsibility: Deal with patients' enquiries, provide information and/or connect people with the appropriate staff member. Answer phones, emails, update internal directories and our client database - technology will be something you are very familiar with. Take care of other administrative tasks such as ensuring the front reception and waiting room are clean/tidy. Other responsibilities include making room bookings and monitoring the waiting room to ensure patients' comfort and wellbeing. Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior Receptionist experience. MedTech32 or Medtech Evolution experience preferred but not essential. Consistent, accurate, and a quick learner. Ability to build strong rapport with team members. Good time management skills and ability to multitask. Be self-driven and take initiative. Skill and empathy for a culturally diverse patient population. Excellent engagement, communication, and motivational enhancement skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a highly demanding environment dealing with conflicting priorities that require initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and high-level analytical problem-solving skills.
