Who are we looking for?
We're on the hunt for an experienced senior marketer who can leverage key marketing channels to help us grow our eCommerce sales and brand reputation, globally.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will be responsible for the management of marketing campaigns, social media and content production, and the guardianship of the Huski Brand. You'll manage two direct reports and be comfortable working both hands-on and at a strategic level. The right candidate will be naturally creative with an eye for good design, whilst also able to clearly communicate the commercials behind a campaign.
In summary, your role will consist of:
Ownership and development of the annual marketing calendar.
Campaign management, including new product and colour launches.
Production of on-brand high-performing creative assets from concept to delivery including photography, videos and digital imagery.
Managing the creation of content and assets for the wider team including website content, advertisements, promotional materials, point of sale and more.
Developing and managing our organic social media strategy, with clear targets to grow brand awareness and brand love, increase community engagement and drive sales.
Leading and managing a high performing marketing team.
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and key working partners.
Management of all marketing related events and projects.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
2-5 years in a similar role.
A creative flair with proven campaign-style copywriting skills and an eye for good design.
eCommerce marketing experience preferred (retail or consumer products a bonus).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
Ability to plan and execute marketing strategy.
Marketing and brand campaign management experience.
Solid analytical expertise.
A self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to your work.
An open mind and a willingness to learn new things.
A marketing degree or qualification preferred.
