This part-time role offers an opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing activities to support our B2C strategies, campaigns, and communications. Location: sKids Support Office, Glenfield Hours of work: 20 hours per week (Ideally 10am – 2pm) Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of B2C marketing campaigns. Create and review marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Manage email design, copywriting, and execution using platforms like Mailchimp. Handle data management and manipulation with strong Excel skills to target key audiences. Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholder requests for marketing support and collateral. Maintain and update website content regularly. Manage and grow the company's social media presence. Prepare and present reports on campaign effectiveness and monthly activities. Strategically contribute to audience targeting and promotional communications. Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing events and marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For: Attention to detail and the ability to review and create high-quality marketing materials. Experience with email design and copywriting . Strong skills in data manipulation and proficiency in Excel . Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder requests . Experience in social media management and website maintenance . Analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign performance. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strategic thinker capable of targeting diverse audiences and driving effective communications. Skills & Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media platforms, website management (WordPress or similar), and email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and campaign execution. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. All successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory Police Record Check.
