Auckland City Auckland br br Full time Permanent br br About the Company br Endeavour Consumer Health is part of the EBOS Group which is dedicated to providing pharmacies and consumers with affordable high quality brands and products across Australasia Endeavour is primarily a warehousing and distribution operation in New Zealand at present but the manufacturing side of the business namely Red Seal branded product is projected to undergo significant growth imminently This role will involve the safe and efficient management of toothpaste production and packaging and supplement packing There are 2 toothpaste production lines 2 tube filling lines and a supplement bottling line The role has 4 direct reports and 21 indirect reports br br About the Role br Specific responsibilities will include hands on management of operations and provision of direction to the manufacturing team There is plenty of scope for improvement and efficiencies There is also a need to build a culture of manufacturing excellence and to develop and utilise effective reporting to drive data based decision making The key will be to own the manufacturing operation and ensure that it can meet the expectations of internal customers and the external market br br About You br Suitable candidates will have 5 or more years demonstrated experience of running FMCG production lines with exposure to high speed packing lines You will need to be experienced in the implementation of process improvement and providing leadership and inspiration to underperforming teams A commitment to quality and GMP is essential You will also need to have demonstrated experience with a large ERP system Navision or similar strong Excel and analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities Good planning and organisation capabilities will be critical there is a lot to do br br How to Apply br Endeavour Consumer Health is an organisation on the move and growth opportunities are guaranteed If this sounds like you then please apply or call me Alex Meldrum on 021 630 638 to find out more Alternatively click on the Apply Now button and send in your details Remuneration is negotiable and will be commensurate with your existing skills and experience base
