Manufacturing Assistant – Curing and ProductionVerkerks is a family-owned and Christchurch-based NZ company that has been producing quality salami for three generations. We have 1 full-time role available on our day shift, operating Monday to Friday, from 7am until 3.30pm.Based in Papanui, our factory has on-site parking and is only 15 minutes from most locations around Christchurch. Early starts mean an early afternoon finish, so you get to finish while it's still daylight, perfect for those who pick the kids up after school or want to make it on time for sports training.Helping to produce our delicious salami and smallgoods products, you will work in a team in our Curing and Production department, performing a whole range of tasks from weighing and confirming meat inputs to operating our industrial filling lines and bowl choppers.
