Develop and implement long-term vegetation management strategies that reduce risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Partner with internal and external teams to integrate vegetation management into broader infrastructure planning.
Establish policies to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with landowners, regulators, and community groups to support vegetation initiatives.
Leverage technology tools like LiDAR and satellite imagery to monitor vegetation and drive innovation.
Oversee budgets and contractors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
