Manager Finance Business Partnering

Working in a fast-paced environment, your role is pivotal to driving the financial strategy, planning and commercial decision making across the organisation.This will involve challenging thinking and influencing key business decisions and the long-term planning.
You will also provide strategic analysis and highlight financial and non-financial risks to the business.We are looking for a candidate who can develop innovative solutions to business challenges and ensure compliance with regulations.
Along with excellent people and relationship skills, and the ability to work strategically, you will also motivate the team and drive a continuous improvement and customer services focus.To be successful:Chartered Accountant or equivalentAs a leader passionate about partnering with the business, you will excel at building capability and driving change.Along with a depth of strategic ability, you will demonstrate success in building high performing teams and delivery management.In addition to strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, you will showcase exceptional stakeholder management skills, effectively influencing direction while building trust and confidence.You will have knowledge and understanding of the machinery of government, and financial governance.You will be a strong communicator and will have the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial people.Please note you must be a resident or have a valid NZ work permit.
