The team is also responsible for leading our work programme, Weaving the Cloak - Whiria te tangata, focused on building and embedding our values and key capabilities. This includes ensuring integrated delivery, enabling synergies and connections, supporting prioritisation and phasing, and delivering high quality analytics and performance reporting. The team is also responsible for the design and delivery of strategies and initiatives in relation to environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, and connection and works closely with the Kaihautu Maori on delivery of Ta Matou Rautaki Maori.Te tunga | The roleAs the Manager Culture and Capability you'll be responsible for developing and leading a team of professionals focused on delivering and embedding our key organisational strategic goals around culture and capability at Maritime New Zealand. You will have passion and drive for lifting capability and nurturing a positive and inclusive organisational culture. You will also be a key member of the leadership team of the Office of the CE, People and Capability.Nou te rourou | What you bringWe are seeking candidates with excellent people leadership skills, strategic capability and a track record building highly engaged and successful teams.
