Reporting to the National Manager, EPMO, you will lead and be accountable for the performance of a team of ten project delivery and contract management professionals, delivering capability development projects across assets, people and service delivery as well as managing project delivery contracts.We define capability as making sure our front line workforce have the appropriate equipment, and the training they need to undertake the task at hand. Our capability projects are complex, requiring high levels of engagement with end users, national and international supply chains, and technology-enabled solutions in many cases. Within this role, you will also be leading and supporting the development of standardised tools, processes and templates to support the assured delivery of capability projects whilst creating a best practice capability project and programme delivery function.Ko tau na i tenei turanga - what you'll bring to the roleYou will have extensive and demonstrable experience in programme management of complex projects including managing teams delivering projects and taking an accountability and oversight role in their successful delivery. Developing and implementing project plans and baselining programmes will provide an opportunity to show your outstanding skills.
