Maitre 'D

Tides Hotel Bar & Eatery is seeking a full-time Maitre'd to lead our restaurant team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
The restaurant and conference facilities average between 50 - 60 diners per night, including large groups with TDH service. Over the summer, we get numbers up to 100 per evening; this is a busy role.
This role includes, but is not limited to:
Seating and greeting guests
Managing reservations
Managing staff
Managing service
Managing conference and event setup and pack downs
Handling guest feedback
Opening and closing
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, and General Manager.
