What an opportunity to utilise your expertise in maintenance and reliability systems, whilst being a team member of some of the best in the business … at Fonterra! Edendale is one of Fonterra’s three largest processing facilities and at its peak receives 15.4 million litres of milk per day processing this into a number of dairy products including whole milk powder, cheese, whey, protein and casein.This is a highly influential systems orientated role that needs a true, tried and tested leader, who is ready to use their proven management skills and build upon a great ethos of success on site.Your passion for your area of expertise is catching, it’s motivating and it’s inspiring, as you lead from the front, as the subject matter expert, facilitating and implementing Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Planned Maintenance Optimisation (PMO), Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for structured reviews and Failure Mode Effects Cause Analysis (FMECA) in supporting the development of Fonterra’s Asset Care plans.Your ability to develop structured Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programmes for site assets, your understanding of SAP and capability in analysis and presentation of master data will be imperative to the success of this role as you inform and influence decision makers on the site leadership team.Skills and ExperienceThis varied role will be a mix of strategic analysis, facilitation and data management including taking a leading role in Fonterra’s Early Equipment Management programmes supporting a sustainable Asset Care strategy.To be successful you will have …
Previous proven leadership skills from plant maintenance (trades or technical) focussed roles
Understanding of reliability modelling in process industries
Proven strong analytical capability
Proven strength in influencing, facilitating and managing people and process change
Fluent working knowledge of a Computer Maintenance Management Systems, ideally SAP
Experience in structured problem solving and the ability to facilitate others to sustainable solutions
Exposure to condition monitoring
A Trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering is highly regarded in this role.
